The Importance of Being Personal

So, after I wrote my first blog entry, I realized just how much I am putting myself out here. It was a little scary at first. However, when I look internally, I realize that one my strongest assets as a therapist is my ability to connect and relate to people on multiple levels because of my own personal experiences. Because of this, I am going to challenge myself with this blog to be honest and personal. My hope is that you will get to know me well enough that you will feel comfortable reaching out to me with questions and your insights for me to include in future posts. Happy reading!
